The Village is located three kilometers inland from the Black Sea. The area combines the quiet seclusion of nearby Holm-oak forest with the facilities and entertainment of nearby Sunny beach just 5 minutes away. Surrounded to the south, east and west by almond groves, the site east also facing breath taken sea views for all Villas properties.
Staying at Village you can enjoy a pleasant time at Spa & Wellness Center, Fitness, Pool & Sport Bar complex, Mediterranean restaurant, Gazebos as social points all over the area. All streets in the village are for pedestrians only. We have Entertainment center that includes a pub bar with TV, billiard tables, video games etc.

Our Village offers a wide variety of different types of properties. There are detached, semi detached houses and houses with two, three, four and six separate apartments, which have their own entrances and do not share common areas with the others. To build these houses our company has used high quality materials, which helped for achieving the high standard of the result and consequently a leading position in the local real estate market. To guarantee this high standard we have used well known European building materials manufacturers such as “Bramac” as well as leading Spanish tiling and faience producers. The outside walls are covered with stones and joinery made of high quality wood. The price of the properties includes tiling, bathrooms, lights, built-in kitchen “Metron” with “Whirlpool” appliances (fridge, oven, ceramic hot-plates and absorber); air conditioner; TV, internet, phone plug-ins.

Villa Eli
“Eli” is a two floor semi-detached type house. It has four cozy one-bedroom apartments with mirror reflection disposition of the living space on each floor. All of them have a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living-room, a balcony/porch and a separate toilette with entrance from the corridor

Villa Ivana
Villas of the type “Ivana” have the largest two-bedroom apartments on site. Apartment “A” has two bedrooms, a large living-room, two storage rooms (one of them equipped with the necessary plumbing for installing a washing machine) and a porch. Apartments “B” and “C” are penthouses situated on the second and third floors. They have their living-rooms with balconies downstairs and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies upstairs.

Villa Maya
The biggest type of villa at “Bay View Villas” is the “Maya”. It has three floors plus an attic floor, four one-bedroom apartments – “A” and “D” on the first floor and “B” and “E” on the second. On the third and attic floors are situated two two-bedroom penthouses – “C” and “F”. The views from the top of those houses are absolutely stunning.

Villa Nina
Villas of type “Nina” are separated into two sub-types.
Sub-type “Nina I”: Apartment “A” is a three-bedroom penthouse situated on the first and second floors. There are a large living-room, toilette and a porch on the ground floor and three bedrooms with two bathrooms and two balconies upstairs. Apartment “B” is a one-bedroom apartment with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony.
Sub-type “Nina II”:
- Apartments “A” and “C” are one-bedroom apartments respectively on the first and third floors. Each one has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living-room and a porch/balcony.
- Apartment “B” (second floor) is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room and two balconies.

Villa Rada
The apartments in the villas of the “Rada” type are amongst the most spacious ones at “Bay View Villas”. Apartment “A” (first floor) has two bedrooms (each with an en-suite bathroom – one with a bath and one with a shower), a large living-room and a porch. Apartment “B” (second floor) is the most spacious one-bedroom apartment. It has a big bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony; spacious living-room with a large terrace and a separate toilette.

Villa Rosi
The villas from the type “Rosi” have three floors and offer to their owners-to-be three separate apartments. Apartments “A” and “B”( respectively first and second floor) have identical dispositions. Each of them has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living-room and a storage room.
Apartment “C” (third floor) is a one bedroom apartment. It has a living-room, bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large balcony.

We offer flexible payment plans, which can be individually negotiated.
With the preliminary contract clients sign another one – the contract for maintenance of the common areas (includes 24/7 security, common and private pools, gardening). The current annual fee determined by this contract is 10.50 EUR per square meter of the owned property and 13.00 EUR per square meter for the properties with private pools. Optionally we also offer a rental contract.

The spa & fitness centre has an area of over 600 sq.m. separated into 2 levels. On the first floor you will be kindly welcomed at the reception desk and carefully directed to the services most appropriate for you. On the same floor could also be found the large and well equipped gym - next to which are the locker-rooms, beauty studio, hairdresser and tanning bed room. Downstairs you will find yourselves in the relaxation world. Steam bath, sauna, infra-red cabin, sea water pool, jacuzzi, hydro-massage bath and two massage cabinets will be available for you.
The complex is separated unique villages, but no out of touch with the big world. Rises through the hill the villas are facing a beautiful bay view where Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Ravda and Pomorie are situated by resembling beads. Thousand of hotel lights make the beach to look like a small Las Vegas at night time.
